Operation and Maintenance
We deploy effective manpower from relevant disciplines who have the requisite expertise to undertake plant operations in a safe, environmentally friendly and efficient manner. We also undertake routine maintenance on process plants to enhance plant reliability.
Field Training
Being a hub of hydrocarbon capacity and expertise, Carbon Code has developed a special programme whereby it trains young Chemical, Petrochemical and Petroleum students, and graduates in the rudiments of the oil and gas industry, and further enables them to bridge the gap between the lecture hall and the field.
Research and Development
Carbon Code is a repository of oil and gas knowledge. We thus have a strong R&D team that researches into new ways of developing products and enhancing efficiency in the oil and gas industry. Carbon Code has recently discovered a novel method of upgrading heavy naphtha to gasoil at an insignificant cost, thereby increasing margins on heavy naphtha production. We also review crude assays and determine their technical suitability for refineries, and prescribe recommendations to mitigate undesired effects of processing opportunity crudes.

Supply of Chemicals and Lubricants
Carbon Code realises that installed equipment rely heavily on either corrosion inhibitors or lubricants to maintain their life span. Therefore, in a bid to protect the useful life of equipment, Carbon Code supplies a host of effective chemicals for corrosive environments and high quality lubricants for rotating equipment.
Supply of Hardware
Carbon Code supplies various grades of steel pipes, pumps and personal protective equipment for the oil and gas industry. Our supply chain comprises a wide spectrum of trusted and renowned international vendors, which we work with closely to deliver the right products to our clients.
Market Research and Business Development
Carbon Code undertakes market research and feasibility studies to aid business development and improvement in the oil and gas industry. We perform commercial analysis of various crude slates and determine yields and gross product worth. We further provide recommendations on alternative crudes to be processed in refineries, taking into account crude characteristics, availability, price and product demand. Carbon Code performs rigorous economic analysis on oil refineries and other process plants to determine economic viability of operations and recommend business improvement activities to ensure plant profitability.
